The worst review I found was from a customer who got sent an old model. The parent and baby unit failed to link properly and there was no customer support. This was all sorted out when they sent it back and got the new model, with the updated number for customer support. Now it works perfectly!
It's great to know there is back up - and good customer service. I don't know about you but this becoming more and more important when I am considering purchasing products online!
